The short version

I play Wargame Design Studio games, I make spreadsheets to help me read them, and I put the spreadsheets here so other people can use them too. That is the whole site.

Why the companions exist

WDS games hold an enormous amount of detail, and most of it is genuinely useful once you can see it. The problem is never that the information is missing — it is that you are reading it through a small window, a few rows at a time, while trying to hold a plan in your head.

So I started pulling it out into spreadsheets: one scenario per row, orders of battle side by side, victory points where you can compare them at a glance. They were for me first. It turned out they were worth sharing.

What is here, and what is coming

I own around thirty WDS titles and I work through them steadily. New companions appear as they are finished; games that are on the list but not done yet are marked as in progress, so you can see what is coming rather than wonder.

Not official

This is a fan site. It is not affiliated with Wargame Design Studio, not endorsed by them, and nothing here is official material. The games themselves are theirs, and they are worth buying — wargameds.com.
